Joining a Group Safari

Camps are set up within the Chobe National Park using exclusive HATAB and BOGA camping grounds. This means that apart from your group, there will be no other campers nearby.

All safaris have a full backup team and minimum to no participation required from you, including a cook, camphand and professionally licensed guides.

Ablutions consist of al fresco bucket showers and long-drop style toilets for the group.

All camping equipment is included along with spacious dome tents, bed roll and bedding.

Activities include boat cruises on the Chobe River and game drives within the Chobe National Park.

Food is also provided with mineral water and a house wine for dinners. Dinners consist of two courses cooked on an open fire in true camping fashion.

1 night/2 days Chobe Camping
Chobe National Park Camping Safaris
Day 1:
The safari starts from Kasane at 08:30 with a light breakfast. At 09:30 enjoy a 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River before returning to Kasane for lunch and any last minute shopping. Depart at 13:30 into the Chobe National Park with a game drive on route to camp. 18:30 finish the day at camp with a dinner under the Botswana night sky.

Day 2:
Enjoy Breakfast at 06:00 before heading out for a morning game drive, returning to camp at 11:00 for a delicious brunch and time to freshen up. At 13:00 you depart again for a final afternoon game drive, before ending the safari back in Kasane at 16:30.
